By using GoalKick, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before booking or listing a facility.
Accounts
A player or owner account requires accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.
Bookings and cancellations
A booking is confirmed once payment goes through. Cancellation and refund terms are set by each facility owner and shown before you confirm.
Payments
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include any applicable fees. You can pay on-site in cash or by card through our secure payment provider.
Owner obligations
Owners agree to keep their availability calendar accurate, honor confirmed bookings, and keep their facility safe.
Reviews
Players can leave a review after a completed booking. Reviews must be honest and respectful; abusive content may be removed.
Liability
GoalKick is a booking platform, not the operator of the facilities listed. We are not liable for incidents that occur on-site; the service is provided "as is".
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
Changes
We may update these terms; continuing to use the service after notice means you accept the new terms.
