GoalKick helps players book sports facilities across Morocco. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.
Data we collect
Name, email and phone number when you create an account; your booking history; payment metadata limited to what we need (card numbers are handled directly by our payment provider and never stored on our servers); usage data and technical cookies.
How we use it
To confirm bookings, send reminders, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We never use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Sharing
The facility owner receives what they need to host you (name, time slot, contact details). Our payment provider processes transactions under its own privacy rules. We never sell personal data to third parties.
Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable these in your browser settings.
Retention
Your data is kept while your account is active. Booking records are kept for up to 5 years to meet our accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
Under Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected].
Changes
This policy may change over time; we will notify you by email before any material change takes effect.
